The director born in 1988, Hamburg, finished his studies at the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg in 2019.
He spent a semester abroad at the french film school "La Fémis". The short "a state of emergency", that was produced there, had its world premiere at the Telluride Film Festival 2016 and attended more than 50 international film festivals. He won the golden Rider at the Dresden Film Festival and the Audience Award in Lünen. During his studies, he also worked as a director on several commercials. In 2018, he attended the UCLA Extension Workshop in Los Angeles.
